Martis Peak Make Up

If you recall from my Martis Peak hike, snow stopped my hike at the second creek from the top.  Here I make up for this by starting at the trailhead at the top.

The trail descends thru a mule ear? field and weaves across a thin ribbon of forest to a viewpoint.

The trail then ends its gradual descent and steeply drops down the side of the mountain passing one creek in another field of mule ears and finally reaching the point where I hiked before.
